Sukhi Lamba
Chief Executive Officer

Sukhi Lamba, CEO of NavigateIO, is an entrepreneurial business development executive with a strong background in product development. Sukhi had a nine-year stint in product development at Ford Motor Company and ten years in consulting & business development at IBM before becoming an entrepreneur. He holds an MBA from the University Michigan, Ann Arbor, an MS from the University of South Carolina, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Deeply rooted in the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, Sukhi regularly mentors startup founders through various accelerators.
Gano Chatterji
Chief Technology Officer
(CTO)
Dr. Gano Chatterji, CTO of NavigateIO, is an accomplished aerospace researcher and technology leader with three decades of experience advancing air traffic management and flight systems. He spent much of his career at NASA Ames and later Crown Consulting, where he pioneered airspace platforms, trajectory prediction tools, and autonomous vehicle integration into U.S. airspace. A recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the IEEE M. Barry Carlton Award, Dr. Chatterji holds a PhD from Santa Clara University, an MS from the University of Mississippi, and a BTech from IIT Kanpur. At NavigateIO, he drives the technological execution of the most advanced innovations.
Karthik Sundaresan
Chief Science Officer
(CSO)
Dr. Karthik Sundaresan serves as the Chief Science Officer (CSO) of NavigateIO. Dr Sundaresan is a Distinguished Scientist and also a respected Professor at Georgia Tech. With over 15 years at NEC Labs America, he has pioneered advancements in IoT, UAV-based wireless systems, and next-generation mobile access. An accomplished author of over 100 papers and holder of more than 50 patents, Dr Sundaresan is a Fellow of IEEE, ACM, and the National Academy of Inventors. He been recognized with the ACM SIGMOBILE Early Career Award and holds an MS and PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech, along with a BS from Anna University. At NavigateIO, he spearheads the architecture for significant scientific breakthroughs.
