HOW WE DO IT

NavigateIO uses special hardware and our patented real-time location detection and tracking software without any pre-installed infrastructure in the building

Each firefighter carries a small radio device, which automatically detects all other team members, calculates their positions, and transmits the locations to a tablet used by the site commander to coordinate the mission

We combine the inputs from sensors inside the beacons to calculate 3 dimensional (3D) position accurate to within 1 meter

NavigateIO identifies locations on multiple floors

Detecting the location in real-time, NavigateIO also shows the path each person has taken for additional information about hazards, search coverage, and safe zones

The movement of each member is recorded, so the chief can replay at the scene to understand what is happening, or replay after the mission is completed to inform the reporting
